Delete your account

Permanently erase your TaskFlow account and all its data.

You can permanently delete your TaskFlow account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it, and both have exactly the same effect.

Option 1 — from inside the app

1. Open TaskFlow and sign in.
2. Tap Account in the header.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — from this page, without installing the app

Enter your credentials below. We verify them, then erase the account immediately.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: username, email address and password hash.
• Every task you own, including descriptions, labels, due dates and reminders.
• Your team memberships, and any team you created that has no other members.
• Your activity and audit history.
• Your push notification subscriptions and any outstanding password reset tokens.
• Delegation invitations you sent or received.

What is kept, and for how long

• A task you delegated to someone else stays in their list — it is their data now — but your name is unlinked from it.
• Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire, normally within 30 days.
• Records we are legally required to keep are retained only as long as the law demands.
